Introduction:

      FCT Functional Tester, applied to the functional testing of photovoltaic new energy PCBAs. It mainly includes measurements of voltage, current, power, waveform, PWM, voltage, and impedance, as well as BMS simulation tests. The testing needs to be conducted under electrically powered conditions. The testing principle simulates the actual operating state of the PCBA board, inputting signals or power to the unit under test to verify if the data parameters during various operations are normal. The tests mainly include functions such as voltage, current, and power. The system features fully automatic control for functional testing, utilizing PC control + PLC control methods. With advanced and flexible solutions, it enhances the automation level of testing and significantly reduces fault detection time, facilitating rapid repair and fault finding.
